What do you do as an HR consultant at Norrköping municipality?

I support the municipality’s 450 managers and that way we will manage the labor law basis. In addition to that, I work with educational programs and more.

What do you appreciate most about Benefits and why?

We call it (the portal) internally the health portal and it works very well! We make use of the wellness benefits and purchases are made through the portal where the ability to pay via Swish has been great!

We think the portal is user-friendly and works very, very well technically. Benefits also has many wellness providers across the country, which we really appreciate.

We also usually get support with reconciliations and annual reports, which is really great! Benefits also supports us in our health work and we have found that we can turn to them.

Something we also appreciate is the customer service. When employees encounter problems, we find Benefits very easy to work with. They are keen to keep us as customers and that it will be good.

Which benefits in the portal are most popular?

What we use the most are group activities such as training with Friskis och Svettis and massages.

Would you recommend Benefits to other companies and if so, why?

Absolutely! We have been references several times – precisely for those reasons! The system is easy to use, there is a good selection and good customer cooperation.
