We chose Benefits to reduce our administration and to increase benefits in an easy way for our employees in one portal.

What we appreciate most are the KPIs that we can easily get from the system and which we use for e.g. our Sustainability Report. It is also simple and easy to follow up in the system what our wellness allowance is used for. Reducing the administration is also of course an important part.
How do you work with Benefits today?
As a Compensation & Benefits specialist, I have a close dialogue with our contact person who is also aware of new benefits etc. on the market, this allows us to tap into new trends, such as recently with staff bikes.
Would you recommend Benefits?
Yes, it (Benefits) is worth it just for the reduced administration with receipt management, payments of wellness benefits, etc.
How do you plan to work with Benefits in the future?
We are quite happy with how it is today, but we may need to review how we can work with it in a more global way, which I know Benefits is currently working on.
